Autumn Leaves

Fall time revelations

Saw this post on Vancity Buzz and realized Vegas doesn't really have all the seasons does it? Is it always going to be warm and hot outside? This made me think of all the scary possibilities of being trapped in a time bubble while the rest of the world moves forward. Now you might think wow that's like the time space capsule in Dragon Ball Z or something, but I'm more afraid of losing that cutting edge pace we had in silicon valley and slowing our dev tempo down. Maybe I'm thinking too much on this, but when you're alone, that tends to be what happens.

Jenny is still in China, her Visa got delayed and our VC meetings were postponed as well, so I'll be here holding the fort by myself for a little longer.

Some quick updates here!

Redesigned the UI of our entire site, also began mapping our UX based on potential customer interviews and response surveys.

Here is the landing page and the overall color scheme and template we chose to use.

We are working really hard to get these customer feedbacks in with face to face encounters making sure we see every facial expression and reaction from the time of presentation to after processing. It really gives us a good understanding of what our immediate site reaction is.

Again we aim to provide frequent travellers and tourists alike a platform where they can find real information about their destination from real people who've been to these places. Our medium is VR so fingers crossed we see a surge in VR action next year ;)

We are doing quite well schedule wise, design week is now over, we'll be moving on to lock down some key partners next week as well as onto the dev cycle.

to be continued...
